FIELD: sealants.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition used as a sealant, a cured sealant, a part, a vehicle and an aerospace vehicle containing the sealant. The composition is comprised of the following components: a polythiol comprising a thiol-terminated prepolymer, a polyalkenyl selected from the group including an alkenyl-terminated prepolymer, a polyalkenyl monomer or a combination thereof, a metal complex and organic peroxide. The composition is cured by free radical reactions initiated by oxidation-reduction reactions. The composition is used for sealing the part. The vehicle and the aerospace vehicle comprise a cured sealant produced from the described composition.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining a double-curing sealant which hardens on exposure to dark curing and UV radiation, as well as improving physical properties of the sealant.
