SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in genome sequencing. Disclosed is a catalytically active substance containing a copper (I) sulphide mineral particle and a molecule functionalised by alkyne directly bonded to the surface of a copper (I) sulphide mineral particle. Method of producing triazole involves reacting a molecule which is functionalised with an alkyne with a molecule functionalised with azide in the presence of a copper (I) sulphide-based mineral. Invention also discloses a mixture for primer grafting to a surface of a flow cell and a method for grafting a primer to a surface of a flow cell.
EFFECT: invention simplifies production of triazole by eliminating coordination of copper compounds with a stabilizing ligand and reducing Cu2+, eliminating the use of additional reactants.
