SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to production of primary intestinal tube cells. Method involves contacting a population comprising cells of a primary intestinal tube obtained by successive differentiation of pluripotent stem cells of a human, except for a method, wherein human pluripotent stem cells are obtained by using a human embryo, with a ligand or antibody that binds a Lif receptor. Cells with which the ligand or antibody binds are selected, wherein the cells to which the ligand or antibody binds are cells of the primary intestinal tube.
