METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING STRESS RESISTANCE Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/02

Abstract RU 2742161 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for diagnosing human stress resistance in clinical, sports and military medicine. The integral balance and the index of sympathetic activity are calculated. A patient is placed with his back on a couch. Simona 111 sensors are attached to the chest skin of a patient according to Kubitschek's method of tetrapolar rheocardiography. The cuff of a blood pressure meter is put on the shoulder of one hand, a pulse oximeter sensor is put on the finger of the other hand, measurements are taken within 5 minutes. Then the index of stress resistance is calculated according to the original formula. After that one should determine the percentage deviation from the average value of the stress resistance index according to the original calculation formula. If the value of the index is greater than 12.0 and the index of stress resistance is more than 20%, high stress resistance is diagnosed. If the value of the index ranges from 8.0 to 12.0 and the index of stress resistance varies from -20% to 20%, normal stress resistance is diagnosed. If the value of the index is less than 8.0 and the index of stress resistance is less than -20%, low stress resistance is diagnosed.

EFFECT: invention increases quality and efficiency of diagnostics of human stress resistance using an objective numerical indicator.
