FIELD: welding production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to arc surfacing in vacuum. In proposed method of arc-welding deposition several hollow cathodes are used, axial feed of filler wire and separate control of heat energy of arc discharge with hollow cathode between article and wire by means of ballast rheostats. Several hollow cathodes are distributed relative to filler wire feed axis radially at the angle depending on their number. At that, axes of hollow cathodes converge on filler wire supply axis and are arranged at an angle to normal of processed surface of article, providing required configuration and arrangement of core. Such mutual arrangement of hollow cathodes and filler wire reduces heat input into base metal and reduces its penetration. Separate or common power sources are used to supply arcs.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility to produce high-quality built-up layers of various thicknesses with high operational properties from heat-resistant and titanium alloys and high-alloy steels and alloys.
