SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular, to molecular biology and oncology. Disclosed is a test system "ESSC-tipe-1" for molecular-genetic typing of squamous oesophageal cancer, containing control mixtures and reagents for amplification of DNA in real time PCR-PB: mixture for PCR-PB reaction, consisting of 0.57 mM dNTPs, 7.1 mM MgCl2, 2.7-fold PCR buffer with 2.9-fold concentration of EvaGreen Dye and 7.1 % DMSO, Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase 5 units/mcl and highly specific forward and reverse oligonucleotide primers for loci CUL3: SEQ ID3 and SEQ ID4, ATG7: SEQ ID5 and SEQ ID6, SOX2: SEQ ID7 and SEQ ID8, TP63: SEQ ID9 and SEQ ID10, YAP1: SEQ ID11 and SEQ ID12, VGLL4: SEQ ID13 and SEQ ID14, CDK6: SEQ ID15 and SEQ ID16, KDM6A: SEQ ID 17 and SEQ ID8 and B2M: SEQ ID1 and SEQ ID2 with concentration of 1.8 mcM each in an aqueous solution.
EFFECT: invention provides a novel, simple-to-implement, low-cost and accurate test system with unique highly specific sequences of synthetic oligonucleotides for molecular-genetic typing of squamous oesophageal cancer.
