FIELD: materials grinding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for grinding various materials and can be used in the production of building materials, as well as in other industries. The disintegrator contains a cylindrical body 1 with an axial loading branch pipe 2 and a tangential unloading branch pipe 3. Disks 4 and 5 with rows of striking elements 6 and 7, each of which is located between adjacent striking elements of the opposing disk, are coaxially placed above each other in the housing 1, with possibility of counter rotation. Tangential pipes 8 of rectangular cross-section are rigidly attached to the outer surface of the striking elements 7 of the outer row along their height symmetrically in plan. Walls 9 of the inner cylinder 10 are rigidly fixed between the outlet openings of the tangential pipes 8. To the ends of the disc 4 with the penultimate row of striking elements 6 along the height of the inner cylinder 10, the outer cylinder 11 is rigidly attached, formed by horizontal rings 12 with vertical bridges 13. On the outer surface of the inner cylinder 10 and the inner surface of the outer cylinder 11 are rigidly fixed horizontal brushes 14 with rows of horizontal elements 15 of circular cross-section, which alternate sequentially with technological gaps along the height of the cylinders 10 and 11. Between the horizontal rings 12 of the outer cylinder 11 along its perimeter there are unloading slots 16 of a trapezoidal cross-section with a height on the inner surface exceeding 2dmax, where dmax is the maximum particle size of the finished product. The lateral vertical walls of the tangential nozzles 8 converge at points located on the axes of the disks 4 and 5, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the outer cylinder 11.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the grinding process and productivity for the finished product.
