FIELD: material grinding.

SUBSTANCE: devices for grinding and mixing various components, used in production of construction materials, as well as in other industries. The disintegrator contains cylindrical body 1 with axial loading device 2 and tangential unloading device 3. In cylindrical body 1, disks 4 and 5 are placed and adapted for counter rotation, with rows of impact elements 6 and 7 rigidly fixed on them, each of which is located between the rows of impact elements of the opposite disk. In the center, to the lower surface of the upper horizontal disk 4, mutually perpendicular vertical walls 8 are rigidly attached to each other, dividing the space along the height of the impact elements 6 into four equal sectors. Between the side surfaces of the vertical walls 8, horizontal sector partitions 9, 10, 11, 12 are rigidly fixed, one of which is located in each sector sequentially by height with the same step exceeding 2Dmax, where Dmax is the maximum particle size of the material being crushed, and with rotation of each subsequent horizontal sectoral partition by 90° relative to the previous one in the horizontal plane. Horizontal L-shaped plates 15, 16, 17, 18 are rigidly attached to the outer ends of the vertical walls 8 and the round ends of the horizontal sector partitions 9, 10, 11, 12, the lateral and horizontal surfaces of each of which are located in the same plane, respectively, with the lateral surface of the rear vertical wall 8 in the direction of rotation of the upper disk 4 and with the upper surface of the horizontal sector partition 9, 10, 11, 12. The height and width of each horizontal L-shaped plate 15, 16, 17, 18 exceeds Dmax. The minimum radial distance from the outer ends of the horizontal L-shaped plates 15, 16, 17, 18 to the inner row of impact elements 6 exceeds 2Dmax. A conical separator 19 is rigidly attached to the upper ends of the vertical walls 8 at the point of their junction with each other.
