FIELD: defectoscopy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-destructive testing of a multilayer helicopter rotor hub. Essence of the invention is that non-destructive testing is carried out on a spiral computer tomography, and distribution of layers of the material of the structure is carried out according to a predetermined parameter - density, determined from values of units, measured with Hounsfield numbers (HU), wherein detecting and determining sizes of possible cracks, delaminations and non-adhesive layers with high accuracy, for this purpose preliminary loading of rotor bushing torsion is created and development of zones of possible cracks, disintegrations and non-adhesive layers opening is provoked, at that, rotor bush torsions are pressed to each other, ends of which are V-shaped are directed to opposite sides and compressed, then elastic beams of the rotor bush torsion bars are loaded in form of bending and torsion for reproduction of shear and other deformations, conducting studies on a spiral computed tomography, at which providing visualization of significant areas and determining defect layers of material in multilayer structure by quantitative evaluation of densities, measured by Hounsfield numbers, detecting layering and non-adhesive layers.
EFFECT: higher reliability of non-destructive testing of the structure of materials of adhesive joints of a multilayer hub of a helicopter rotor.
