FIELD: production of composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for non-destructive testing of polymer composite material in multilayer structures. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that reflected and transmitted ultrasonic waves are input and received in the controlled object, having a multilayer structure "ceramics—adhesive joint—PCM—adhesive joint—metal", obtaining and analyzing reverberation oscillations from starved spot defect, correction of reverberation oscillations on samples-imitators and control object, specifying the size of the starved spot defect detected by the reverberation method using the amplitude-shadow ultrasonic method, in which input of ultrasonic waves is carried out from the side of ceramics, and reception—from the side of metal, at that, in places of absence of starved spot defects in adhesive joints of multilayer structure "ceramics—adhesive joint—PCM—adhesive joint—metal" by means of amplitude-shadow ultrasonic method, by level of amplitude of transmitted ultrasonic waves, continuity of PCM is controlled, and starved spots control in adhesive joint "PCM-metal" is carried out by X-ray method after gluing PCM with metal, but before gluing with ceramics.

EFFECT: improving reliability of non-destructive testing of PCM continuity and “PCM-metal” adhesive joint in articles having a multilayer structure “ceramics—adhesive joint—PCM—adhesive joint—metal”.
