SUBSTANCE: information processing device for user equipment comprises a data processing circuit configured to control user equipment, collecting data from a base station, reference information of signal intensity on a specific frequency resource in a given region, monitoring user equipment, in order to read signal intensity value on specific frequency resource in case user equipment is located in specified area, and control user equipment, in order to adjust based on the reference information and the read signal intensity value a parameter for performing communication services for local traffic (the proximity-based service, ProSe) in a given region, wherein this parameter has an effect on transmission capacity and/or reliability of transmitting communication services for local traffic.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of required throughput capacity and reliability of service signals transmission with high priority.
