A method for monitoring the oxidation process of vegetable oil in the production of drying oil by electrophysical methods includes heating the oxidized oil to a temperature of (135-140) °С, while monitoring the progress of oxidation is carried out by continuous measurement in time of the current value of the electrophysical parameter of the oxidized oil - active resistance R, and in this case, the obtained absolute value of R is converted into a relative value graphs are constructed of the dependence of the ratio of the difference of active resistances on time (t) and on the viscosity extremum is found on the graphs that remains quasi-stable for 0.5 hour, it is taken as a criterion for the completion of the process, and from that moment the process is considered complete.

EFFECT: technical result is the creation of a safe, low-cost in time, continuous method for monitoring the oxidation of vegetable oil in the production of drying oil.
