FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments and can be used in ophthalmology for intraoperative measurement of dimensions of defect of bone walls of orbit, including during operation of bone decompression of orbit. Set of instruments for intraoperative measurement of orbital bone wall defect sizes represents six metal measuring graduated rulers and tweezers for their attachment. Rulers have rounded edges, length from 25 to 35 mm with pitch of 2 mm, width of 5 mm, thickness of 1 mm, in the central part of the ruler there are two through holes for fixation with tweezers, consisting of two branches with a retainer of mutual position and fixing parts in the form of transverse pressure jaws with two teeth.
EFFECT: invention provides more accurate data when measuring bone defect values, that enables surgical intervention to control depth of operation and removal of bone tissue, as well as predict expansion of soft tissues into formed space.
