FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of cryopreserved mononuclear cells for the full or part of the course of prevention and treatment of graft-versus-host reactions or rejection during transplantation of allogeneic organs or cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, as well as a number of autoimmune diseases. The method includes the isolation of a concentrate of mononuclear cells with induced apoptosis and carrying out extracorporeal photopheresis. Then the concentrate of mononuclear cells is divided into doses, subjected to program freezing to -70 ° C, followed by cryopreservation in liquid nitrogen for storage during the course of therapy.
EFFECT: invention allows long-term storage, as well as ability to control the process of apoptosis of mononuclear cells.
