SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, can be used for the prevention and treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, the graft-versus-host reaction, rejection during allogeneic organ transplantation, as well as a number of autoimmune diseases, and concerns a method for inducing an antigen-associated immune response for the prevention or treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas, the graft-versus-host reaction, rejection during allogeneic organ transplantation. The method consists in introducing to the patient a concentrate of mononuclear cells subjected to freezing to a temperature of minus 70°C in a solution of polyglucine cooled to a temperature of 2-6°C with the addition of a cryoprotector, followed by thawing and warming to 37°C using temperature control devices. At the same time, before freezing, the mononuclear cell concentrate, if necessary, is divided into doses in an amount sufficient to carry out a full or part of the course of prevention or treatment, with the possibility of storing and transporting the product at a temperature of minus 196° in a Dewar vessel. As a cryoprotector, it is advisable to use 10% dimethyl sulfoxide.

EFFECT: developed method for obtaining mononuclear cells provides an effect similar to that observed during extracorporeal photopheresis, as well as, if necessary, their long-term storage and transportation.
