FIELD: solar cell panel manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for creating flexible thin-film solar cells. It can be used in the creation of solar cells with CZTS(Se)/CdS heterojunction. More specifically, the invention relates to the low-temperature synthesis of CZTS(Se) thin films used as absorbing layers in such devices. The synthesis of kesterite films includes 2 stages: spraying of precursors (Cu2-δSnSe3 and ZnSe) and potassium iodide, as well as annealing the resulting film in an inert atmosphere. In this case, the molar ratio Cu2-δSnSe3:ZnSe:KI is 1:1:2, and the annealing temperature is Т=400 °С.
EFFECT: technique can be useful in creating flexible thin-film solar cells with absorbing layer Cu1,7ZnSnSe4.
