FIELD: creating environmentally friendly thin-film solar cells.
SUBSTANCE: technology for creating environmentally friendly thin-film solar cells. Invention is related in particular to creation of absorbing layers of a new type for such devices based on Cu2-δCrSnS4(Cu-Cr-Sn-S, CCrTS). The claimed invention discloses a two-stage method for synthesis of photosensitive films. At the first stage, metal layers are deposited in the sequence of chromium, tin, copper on glass or molybdenum substrates in vacuum at a temperature of 700°C to 2000°C. At the second stage, sulfurization of the samples is carried out in a closed vacuum reactor for 30 to 900 minutes, T=550°C. Tin disulphide SnS2 is used as a source of sulphur.
EFFECT: creation of a technique for obtaining photosensitive films of quaternary copper compounds.
