FIELD: fiber-optic technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fiber-optic technologies, in particular to a fiber-optic access terminal. The declared fiber-optic access terminal comprises a first node and a second node, the first node comprising a first box-shaped body and a fiber-optic adapter, and the second node comprises a second box-shaped body, an optical splitter, a fiber-optic connector and a plurality of fiber-optic adapters. The fiber optic adapter of the first assembly is disposed outside the first box body, the first box body having an optical cable inlet and an optical cable outlet. An optical splitter is located inside the second box body, with the fiber optic connector and the plurality of fiber optic adapters of the second node being located outside the second box body. The first end of the fiber optic connector is detachably connected to the fiber optic adapter of the first node, and the second end of the fiber optic connector is connected to the input port of the optical splitter, each output port of the optical splitter being connected to one fiber optic adapter of the second node. The second assembly further comprises a plurality of dust caps, each of the plurality of dust caps disposed on one fiber optic adapter of the second assembly.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the fiber-optic access terminal.
