FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: structures of imaging detectors may be connected with such microfluid devices as flow cells for generating a detector system. A detector system may constitute a biodetector system. An imaging layer contains a matrix of light detectors located within thereof. The application package is located above the imaging layer. The light guide matrix is located in the application package. Each light guide is linked with at least one light detector of the light detector matrix. A passivation package is located above the application package. The passivation package has a bottom surface which is in direct contact with the top surface of the light guides. A matrix of nano-scale sockets is located in the top layer of the passivation package. Each nano-scale socket is linked with a light guide from the light guide matrix. A metallic structure blocking cross-noise is located in the passivation package. Advantages of the structure of an imaging detector are enabled by the metallic structures located in the passivation package blocking cross-noise transmitted inside the passivation package prior to their entering the top surfaces of the light guides of the structure.
EFFECT: a structure of an imaging detector is achieved.
