FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to clinical cardiology. Echocardiographic examination is performed to determine duration of aortal pre-expelling period (ZAO) and presence of septal flush (SF), then function (F) value is calculated by original formula. That is followed by determining the probability of developing a superstorm in a cardiac resynchronizing therapy (P) according to the original formula. If the P value is less than 0.576, the patient is considered to belong to a group of non-super-responders, if the P value is more than or equal to 0.576 – to the group of super-responders, and a superstem is predicted for cardiac resynchronization therapy.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in the patients with severe chronic cardiac failure ensured by higher accuracy of prediction of the development of the super-torsion on the patient's CT in the patients, which improves their selection for implantation of the cardiac resynchronizing therapy devices.
