FIELD: medical biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical biotechnology, namely to cryopreservation methods. It can be used for cryopreservation of blood plasma microvesicles. For this purpose, venous blood is taken into test tubes with sodium citrate; dextrose solution and sodium heparin solution are added in a ratio of 3.8% of sodium citrate, 3.68 mg of dextrose, and 30 units of heparin per 1 ml of venous blood. After that, the mixture is centrifuged, then platelet-depleted plasma is mixed with DMSO and filtered fetal calf serum (hereinafter – FCS) in a ratio of 40% FCS, 10% DMSO, 50% plasma and frozen in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the quality of freezing of microvesicles, increase the preservation of microvesicles after cryofreeze, reduce costs and ensure the availability of the necessary funds for research.
