The sling system (3) adjoins the outer side of the body (2) without breaking the body and without passing through the body. The sling system (3) is made of a flexible material and it contains a screw engine (10) to create a forward thrust of the airship (1), rechargeable batteries (11) to provide electric power to the screw engine (10) and a solar cell panel for supplying electrical energy for recharging batteries (11). The method of manufacturing an airship is characterized by fixing the elements of the airship.
