FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of nutrition personification is proposed, which includes the nutritive process, the selection of food products and their absorption to maintain life and health, the normal course of physiological processes of vital activity, to replenish the energy reserve and implement the processes of growth and development. The selection of food products is based on genetically determined factors: the immune system of the blood, the blood group and Rh factor, enterotypes, as well as gender. Food products are selected in stages. The blood group is determined by the amount of agglutinins α and β in plasma, agglutinogens A and B in red blood cells and the Rh factor is found. The method of polymerase chain reaction is used to determine the prevailing enterotype: enterotype No. 1 Bacteroides, enterotype No. 2 Prevotella, or enterotype No. 3 Ruminococcus. Foodstuffs that are difficult to digest in the established enterotype are removed from the diet.
EFFECT: invention provides for development of a highly effective method of personalized nutrition, taking into account genetically determined factors.
