FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to instrumentation and can be used in chemical, pharmacological and food industries. Flow microscope for measuring distribution of particles suspended in liquid comprises a telecentric light source, a digital video camera with a telecentric objective, an optical cell and a computer, wherein it is additionally equipped with sampling port with supply channel, hydraulically connected to each other through three-way valve with T-shaped plug and gear pump, optical cell is made from polyether ether ketone and has a thickness which provides flow rate of flow in the cell equal to flow rate in supply channels, and enables to fix all particles passing through it.
EFFECT: objective assessment of quality and quantity of particles and emulsions suspended in liquid by means of optical methods and possibility of microscope operation under conditions of explosive production.
