SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Device for correction of keeled chest deformity and spinal deformity comprises a horizontally mounted anterior chest plate, a horizontally mounted rear back plate connected in a closed loop by two lateral adjusting movable plates, two shoulder straps stretched from the chest plate to the back plate. The chest plate contains rows of adjustment holes. A chest compression platform is installed on the chest plate, with the possibility of changing its position along the chest plate. A longitudinal vertebral corrective plate is vertically mounted on the back plate, designed to be placed above the spinal column. The spinal correction plate is equipped with adjustment holes with screws designed to change the position of the spinal correction plate relative to the back plate. Two frames are installed on the vertebral corrective plate, through which the tape is passed. The tape is equipped with a lock and a length adjustment mechanism. A protective bandage of the anterior wall of the abdomen is installed on the tape. The vertebral corrective plate has a length equal to the length of the spine from the upper part of the thoracic spine to the region located in the area from the L5 vertebra to the sacrum. The distal end of the vertebral corrective plate is equipped with a transverse support plate for support in the area from the L5 vertebra to the sacrum. The bandage is equipped with vertically oriented pockets for the location of metal plates.
EFFECT: invention provides simultaneous complex external non-invasive impact on the chest and spinal column along the thoracic and lumbar regions, up to the region of the L5 vertebra and the sacrum, in order to correct chest deformities, kyphosis, lordosis of the lumbar spine, the state of the skeletal and neuromuscular systems in one treatment process.
