SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry, namely to the manufacture of ceramic molds and rods from gelium suspensions according to constant patterns. The method includes preparing a ceramic suspension based on a refractory filler and a silica binder, preparing a gelling agent, introducing a gelling agent into the suspension with continuous stirring, filling the forming tooling with a ready-made suspension, holding the molds and rods in the tooling for curing, removing the model from the mold or rod from the tooling and calcining them. Basic silica is used as a silica binder. The gelling agent is prepared by diluting the aluminoborophosphate concentrate with water to a solution density of 1150-1300 kg / m3. After filling with the slurry, the forming equipment is installed in the solidifying slurry with ceramic tubes. After removing the model from the mold or the rod from the tooling, they are exposed to pulsed electric currents with a power of 600-2000 W at a frequency of 2450 MHz, and calcination is carried out at a temperature of 350-600°C for 30-90 minutes.

EFFECT: reduced duration of forming and increased physical and mechanical characteristics of ceramic molds and rods, which contributes to improving the quality of manufacturing of precision castings, especially complex-profile ones.
