FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a protective coating for a thermally loaded structure and can be used to protect against CMAS deposits in gas turbines and other parts exposed to high temperatures. The method of placing a protective coating containing at least one aluminum oxide layer on a ceramic heat barrier layer on a thermally loaded structure by means of cathodic spark evaporation includes placing the thermally loaded structure in the chamber, providing a target containing at least aluminum for the first layer, providing a controlled partial pressure of oxygen in the chamber, spark ignition and deposition on the outer side of the heat barrier layer of the protective coating in the form of a homogeneous layer based on alpha-aluminum oxide or the first layer based on alpha-aluminum oxide and the second layer. In addition, a protective coating obtained by this method and a gas turbine part with a protective coating are offered.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a coating that protects the product from thermal loads and CMAS contamination.
