FIELD: radio communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates for a customer provided terminal and a radio communication method of a mobile communication system. The customer provided terminal contains a transmission section made with the possibility of transmitting the first and the second signal using various radio resources, respectively, and a control section made with the possibility of regulating the power of transmission the signal, which is to be transmitted. When switching the upward signal between the first and the second upward signal, the control section updates the correction value based on the transmission power control (TPC) command after switching, by using the correction value that occurred immediately before switching.
EFFECT: possibility to maintain communication quality when communication is carried out using multiple waveforms.
