SUBSTANCE: device (1) for preparing and dispensing a beverage (2) has: a capsule extraction unit (10) having a first part (11) and a second part (12), which are made with the possibility of relative movement between the remote position for inserting the capsule (3) and close position for the extraction of such a capsule (3); a control unit (40) for controlling the extraction unit (10) in order to extract such a capsule (3); an outlet channel (20) for dispensing the specified beverage (2), formed by extracting such a capsule (3), into a user's receiving vessel (4) located in the area for accommodating the receiving vessel; and a detection device (30) connected to the control unit (40) for detecting the presence of such a receiving vessel (4) in the accommodation area. The block (10) has an actuator (13) made with the possibility of relative movement of the first and second parts (11, 12) between their remote and close positions. The actuator (13) is controlled by the control unit (40) for relative movement of the first and second parts (11, 12) when the detection device (30) detects the presence of the specified receiving vessel (4) in the area for accommodating the receiving vessel.

EFFECT: proposed is a device for beverage preparation that is reliable in operation and economical, as well as convenient to use.
