SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a polypeptide having O-phosphoserine (OPS) -exporting activity, presented by an amino acid sequence selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID NO: 1, SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 5, as well as a polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide. Disclosed is a microorganism of Escherichia genus, which produces O-phosphoserine, where the microorganism is transformed with a vector containing a polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide. Disclosed is a method for producing O-phosphoserine (OPS), a method of producing cysteine and a method of producing a cysteine derivative, wherein said methods involve culturing said microorganism in a medium.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to produce O-phosphoserine with high output, as well as efficient production of cysteine and its derivative.
