FIELD: medicine; clinical laboratory diagnostics; nephrology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical laboratory diagnostics and nephrology, it can be used to diagnose hypoxia of the kidney parenchyma in experimental intraabdominal hypertension. The concentration of HIF-1a and VEGF-C biomarkers in the kidney tissue homogenate of rats with experimental intraabdominal hypertension is determined. If concentration of HIF-1a is above 13.6 ng/ml and concentration of VEGF-C is above 168.3 pg/ml, hypoxia of the kidney parenchyma is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose kidney hypoxia in experimental intraabdominal hypertension using a standardized method due to determining the concentration of HIF-1a and VEGF-C in the kidney homogenate of a laboratory animal using a solid-phase immunoassay analysis.
