SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to inside mining machines, in particular to a mining machine containing multiple cutting heads. The mining machine contains a frame, a manipulator boom, held in place with a capability to rotate on the frame, a cutting head, pivotally connected to the manipulator boom. The cutting head contains: a casing pivotally connected to a manipulator boom, a shaft of the cutting head connected to the casing and fixed against rotation relative to the casing, a cutting disc and an actuator mechanism. The shaft of the cutting head comprises a first end, a second end, a first section adjacent to the first end and a second section that is adjacent to the second end, with the second section running parallel to the axis of the cutting head. The cutting disc is connected to the second section of the cutting head shaft and is fixed with a capability of free rotation relative to the cutting head shaft around the axis of the cutting head, and the cutting disc contains multiple cutters forming a cutting edge. The actuator mechanism comprises the actuator mechanism shaft and an eccentric mass held on the actuation mechanism shaft to rotate around the axis of the actuator mechanism. And the shaft of the actuator mechanism is rotated relative to the cutting head’s shaft around the axis of the actuator mechanism, and the rotation of the actuator mechanism shaft creates vibration of the second section of the cutting head’s and cutting blade’s shaft.

EFFECT: increase in productivity of mining, and a reduction in drilling and blasting operations.
