SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computational technology for aligning fluorescent images. The method for aligning fluorescence images includes obtaining a fluorescence image of a biochip; selecting an inner local area of the fluorescence image; obtaining the sums of pixel values in the inner local area of the fluorescence image; selecting multiple first template lines according to the template parameter; correcting the pixel level in the local area of the path line; obtaining other intersections of the path on the biochip according to the intersections of the path of the pixel level and correcting the pixel level at other intersections of the path; correcting the position of the path line of the pixel level; obtaining the positions of the subpixel level of all sites evenly distributed on the biochip.
EFFECT: increased optimisation of the operation of positioning and alignment of fluorescent groups in a fluorescent image.
