FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. The device for eliminating fecal incontinence is designed to be inserted into the vagina. The device contains shell segments that together form a closed cylinder with rounded ends when the device is in a compressed state. One of the cylindrical shells is positioned in the device so that it faces the posterior wall of the vagina when the device is inserted into the vagina. The pumping unit is connected and mated to a cylindrical shell facing the posterior wall. The mechanism of changing the state is made with the possibility of reversible transfer of the device from the compressed state to the expanded state. The applicator removed from the device is inserted into a closed cylinder and is designed to activate the state change mechanism to transfer the device from the compressed state to the opened state.
EFFECT: providing therapeutic resolution of the problem.
