SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of synthesising a compound by the formula 28 comprised of a reaction of a compound by the formula 5a under appropriate halogenation conditions forming a compound by the formula 34 wherein X constitutes halogen; the compound by the formula 34 further reacts with a compound by the formula 27 under appropriate conditions of formation of an amide bond forming a compound by the formula 28.
EFFECT: proposed is method for synthesising a compound by the formula 28 constituting an intermediate for synthesising the compound I-1 which can be applicable in medicine as an ATR protein kinase inhibitor.
