FIELD: medicine, ultrasound diagnostics in particular.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ultrasound diagnostics, and can be used in ultrasound examination of the lesion of the tendon-ligamentous apparatus in patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. For this purpose, lesions of the upper and lower extremities are detected by ultrasound examination of the 15 upper and lower extremity entheses using dopplerographic test. The types of lesions of each enthesis are taken into account with the assignment of points: thickening of the tendon, hypoechoicity, the presence or absence of bursitis, erosions, enthesophytes, the presence or absence of vascularization.
EFFECT: method provides the detection of both, accompanied by clinical manifestations and asymptomatic lesions of the enthesis in inflammatory bowel diseases, and due to the detection of vascularization in both soft tissues and in the adjacent bone, it provides the ability to assess the activity of the inflammatory process in the enthesis, which makes it possible to prescribe adequate therapy in a timely manner.
