METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING EXHAUSTION IN VISUALLY INTENSIVE WORKERS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B5/00

Abstract RU 2750277 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to labour physiology, and can be used to prevent adverse shifts in the state of the body of worker developed under the influence of factors of visually intensive labour process, for example, in work with displays. Proposed is a method including determining indicators of the work mode of a worker, additionally, the influence of factors of visually intensive labour process on the body of the worker is considered, wherefor indicators of intellectual load, indicators of monotonous load, indicators of working mode in visually intensive labour process per shift, and other indicators, are determined. Depending on the results of the research, the degree of exhaustion of the body of a visually intensive worker is classified as an optimal state, an acceptable state, overexhaustion of the 1st degree, overexhaustion of the 2nd degree or overexhaustion of the 3rd degree.

EFFECT: proposed method allows justifying the taken preventive measures against visual and general exhaustion when predicting the degree of exhaustion in visually intensive workers, preventing adverse shifts in the state of the body of a worker developed under the influence of factors of visually intensive labour process, and preventing occupational diseases considering the influence of factors of neuro-emotional intensity of visually intensive labour and working environment on formation of the functional state of the body of a worker.
