SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies, in particular, to a device and a method for manufacturing three-dimensional products from powder. The device for the manufacture of three-dimensional products has a carrier configured to receive multiple layers of raw material powder, an irradiation unit configured to direct the radiation beam to predetermined locations of the upper layer of powder to solidify it in specified locations, a process chamber and a support structure located outside the process chamber and a supporting unit for irradiation. The support structure is a support frame that supports the process chamber and the irradiation unit, which is mechanically decoupled from the process chamber, while thermal deformation of the process chamber due to the process heat inside the process chamber does not lead to significant displacement of the irradiation unit relative to the support structure.
EFFECT: quality of the product obtained is improved by eliminating thermal deformation and mechanical displacement of parts of the device.
