FIELD: additive technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of additive technologies, in particular to a device and a method for the manufacture of three-dimensional products. The device for manufacturing three-dimensional products has a carrier configured to receive a set of layers of initial material and an irradiation unit configured to generate a radiation beam and direct the radiation beam to predetermined locations of the upper layer of the initial material to solidify the initial material at specified locations. The irradiation unit consists of a radiation source configured to generate a radiation beam, the first sweep circuit configured to receive the radiation beam and scan the radiation beam over the first irradiation area of the upper layer of the initial material, the second sweep circuit configured to receive the radiation beam and scan the radiation beam along the second irradiation area of the upper layer of the initial material, and a switching unit configured to direct the radiation beam generated by the radiation source to the first sweep circuit or the second sweep circuit. The control unit of the switching unit is configured to switch from the first state, in which the radiation beam is directed to the first sweep circuit, to the second switching state, in which the radiation beam is directed to the second sweep circuit, but not to the first sweep circuit.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the size of the resulting product in three directions without reducing its quality.
