FIELD: car wash.
SUBSTANCE: holding device (1) designed to transport a sheet of glass (2) contains a holding means that is designed to support a sheet of glass in a horizontal position, a frame (10) with multiple supporting elements (11A-11N; 5; 6; 7) configured to locally support the sheet of glass. Support elements contain pads (6). The holding means comprises means (10A) for delivering pressurized jets of air and/or water in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the frame. The pressurized jets are designed to spray on the top side of the sheet of glass, which is opposite the side supported by the pads. Each pad or some of them were connected to a side end stop.
EFFECT: firm hold of the sheet of glass in the time of transportation is provided.
