They determine the order of scanning the flags of the group of significant coefficients and the order of scanning the residual coefficients for the transformation unit according to the internal prediction mode. The flags of the group of significant coefficients corresponding to the relative subunits of the square block are determined according to a certain order of scanning the flags of the group of significant coefficients. And the residual transformation unit coefficients are decoded according to certain flags of the significant coefficient group and the determined scanning order of the residual coefficients for generating the video data.
