FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is described, including a three-dimensional grid for determining the presence of the analyzed substance and/or the amount of the analyzed substance, an array containing the above-mentioned three-dimensional grid, a method for obtaining the three-dimensional grid, a method for obtaining the array, and a method for determining whether the analyzed substance is contained in a sample. In one embodiment, the three-dimensional grid consists of a polymer swollen in water, obtained by crosslinking the chains of a water-soluble polymer. The grid is crosslinked with the surface of a rigid substrate. The grid includes probe molecules covalently bound to the polymer chains, and the specified grid includes at least 5 channels that converge at a point in the inner part of the grid, so that the lateral distance between the channels decreases when moving from the surface to a point in the inner part.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for determining the presence of the analyzed substance in the sample.
