FIELD: sensor technology and nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of sensor technology and nanotechnology, in particular to the manufacture of gas sensors and gas-analytical multi-sensor lines of chemoresistant type. The gas detector includes a dielectric substrate, coplanar strip electrodes located on the substrate, thermistors and heaters located on the substrate, while at least part of the surface of the electrodes and the substrate between the electrodes are covered with a layer of gas-sensitive material, whose resistance changes at room temperature under the influence of organic vapor impurities or water vapor in the ambient air. According to the proposed technical solution, aminated graphene with a content of primary amines of at least 4 at. %, which are covalently bound to the graphene lattice, is used as the material of the gas-sensitive layer, while the aminated graphene layer is made of variable thickness from 5 to 150 nm. A method for manufacturing the described gas detector is also proposed.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in gas sensitivity and the efficiency of gas recognition.
