FIELD: measurement.
SUBSTANCE: gas analytical multisensor chip based on macromolecular composites of functionalised graphenes, modified with dyes, includes a dielectric substrate, on which a gas-sensitive layer is formed by at least two segments made of macromolecular composites based on functionalised graphenes, covalently modified with dye molecules in concentration of not less than 1 at.%, dyes are selected from a group comprising dyes paradimethylaminobenzylidene rhodanine, "Acridine yellow", "Pararosaniline", "Bismarck brown", "Neutral red" and "Azur A". Method of manufacturing a gas analytical multisensor chip includes applying on the surface of a dielectric substrate a set of coplanar strip electrodes from a noble metal, heaters and thermistors, aerosol deposition on at least part of surface of electrodes and on surface of substrate between electrodes of layer of gas-sensitive material, using mask for formation of separate segments of gas-sensitive layer from different macromolecular composites. Gas-sensitive material is formed by chemical modification of graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide with covalent bonding of dye molecules in concentration of not less than 1 at.%, dyes are selected from a group comprising dyes paradimethylaminobenzylidene rhodanine, "Acridine yellow", "Pararosaniline", "Bismarck brown", "Neutral red" and "Azur A".
EFFECT: invention provides high sensitivity and selectivity of detecting gases without the need to heat the gas-sensitive layer and a simplified method of making said layer.
