FIELD: measuring devices.

SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to a measuring device for measuring the amount of oxygen present in a gas. A measuring device for measuring the amount of oxygen present in the gas is subject to analysis. In this case, the specified device contains at least one element for measuring the amount of oxygen, a first inlet in communication with the measuring element, intended for supplying the gas to be analyzed, and an outlet for discharging said analyzed gas. The device contains a second inlet for communication with the measuring element. The invention also relates to an air separation module for generating an inert gas in a system for inerting an aircraft fuel tank.

EFFECT: invention allows the specified device to be selectively supplied with a calibration gas containing a known amount of oxygen, so that measuring the amount of oxygen present in the calibration gas allows a potential measurement offset of said measuring element to be determined relative to the actual known amount of oxygen present in the calibration gas.
