SUBSTANCE: invention relates to in vitro diagnostics. The application of the method for in vitro diagnostics is disclosed, where the specified method includes: providing a cassette having a set of working volumes; transferring fluid solutions from at least one of the specified set of working volumes to at least one other of the specified set of working volumes, where the specified transfer of fluid solutions includes linear movement of the transfer element, with sequential communication with the internal spaces of the specified at least some of the specified set of working volumes; and ventilation of the specified at least one of the specified set of working volumes, where the specified set of working volumes includes at least the first working volume and the second working volume, where the specified transfer of fluid solutions provides: the location of the cell membrane-destroying material in the first working volume; the location of the open end of the hollow needle with the introduction into communication with the specified first working volume; the suction of at least some portion of the specified cell membrane-destroying material into the specified hollow needle; linear movement of the specified open end of the specified hollow needle with the introduction into communication with the second working volume having a sample enclosed therein; and repeated suction of the specified sample and at least part of the specified cell membrane-destroying material into the specified hollow needle; and ejection of the specified sample and at least part of the specified cell membrane-destroying material from the specified hollow needle into the specified second working volume, thereby mixing the specified sample and the specified cell membrane-destroying material.

EFFECT: invention provides an improved method for in vitro diagnostics.
