SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a combination for the treatment of dermatitis. The combination for the treatment of dermatitis contains: a) a compound of the formula (I)

where each R1 is H; and R2 is H; or its salt or solvate, where salt is such a salt, in which the compound of the formula (I) forms anion, and antication is alkaline or alkaline earth metal cation; b) Croton lechleri resin; c) panthenol; d) aloe vera gel and e) rosehip oil, where the weight ratio of the compound of the formula (I) or its salt or solvate and the weight of Croton lechleri resin is from 2.5:0.045 to 10:0.045; where the weight ratio of the compound of the formula (I) or its salt or solvate and the weight of panthenol is from 2.5:2.000 to 10:2.000; where the weight ratio of the compound of the formula (I) or its salt or solvate and the weight of the aloe vera gel is from 2.5:3.000 to 10:3.000; where the weight ratio of the compound of the formula (I) or its salt or solvate and the weight of rosehip oil is from 2.5:0.500 to 10:0.500. The group of inventions also includes a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prevention of dermatitis, the use of the combination for the manufacture of a drug intended for the treatment or prevention of dermatitis, the use of the composition for the manufacture of a drug intended for the treatment or prevention of dermatitis, the use of the combination for the treatment or prevention of dermatitis, the use of the composition for the treatment or prevention of dermatitis, cosmetic use of the combination for the treatment of cosmetic effects caused by dermatitis, cosmetic use of the composition for the treatment of cosmetic effects caused by dermatitis.
EFFECT: above-mentioned combination has a synergetic activity, and it is effective for the treatment of dermatitis.
