SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electronic commerce. The invention, in particular, makes it easier for the user to purchase the product and/or service of interest based on the broadcast stream of the public broadcasting environment. According to the stated decision, video content broadcast by the public broadcasting environment is reproduced; a fragment of audio data corresponding to the video content being played is recorded; the recorded fragment is transmitted to the server; the audio data fragment on the server is compared with a frame from the video data stream corresponding to the video content; the products and/or services presented in the said video data stream frame are identified; links to network resources corresponding to identified products and/or services are formed and transmitted to the user device, and the identification of products and/or services presented on one or more frames of the video data stream is carried out by means of an automatic content markup subsystem using computer vision technologies and neural networks for image recognition.
EFFECT: ensuring the identification of products and/or services presented in the frames of video content broadcast by the public broadcasting environment.
