FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmic surgery. Two corneal paracenteses with a diameter of up to 1.5 mm are formed at 11 and at 1 o'clock. A replacement solution is supplied through one of said paracenteses, two microcapsulorrhexes with a diameter of up to 1.5 mm are made in the anterior capsule of the eye lens at 11 and at 1 o'clock through the other one. Hydrodissection of the nucleus of the lens is performed. A replacement solution supply needle is inserted into the capsule bursa cavity through one access, and an ultrasound needle is inserted through the other one, and the capsule bursa is cleaned from the lens fibres from the inside, an intraocular lens is implanted into the capsule cavity.
EFFECT: provides a possibility of removing cataracts and implanting an intraocular lens with minimal trauma rate, reducing intra- and postoperative complications, reducing the risk of vitreous prolapse.
