SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underground construction and can be used in the construction of a metro line by the trenchless method, regardless of the depth of the foundation. A method is proposed for constructing a metro line using the trenchless method with a permanent cross-section casing and a single type of tunneling mechanized complex that performs the penetration and installation of the lining of the metro line, where it is provided for the placement of station complexes in which passenger platforms and rail tracks are constructed for passing trains at the station sections of the line, rail track structures for handling trains with passengers on sections between stations, switches that ensure the turnover of trains along these tracks, drainage installations, technological compartments for ventilation systems, power supply and other engineering facilities. The structures of the station complexes, including passenger platforms and rail track structures, are provided in a two-tier design with one rail track on each tier. The sections of the metro line on which the track structures for handling trains with passengers at the sections between stations are located have a two-tier layout, in which the rail track structures are located one above the other along one rail track on a tier, which makes it possible to place the engineering objects of the metro and compartments for laying process communications along the structures of the open-line tracks. To change the direction of train movement, sections of the metro line are equipped with switches that ensure the periods of journey, while on these sections of the metro line, the rails and switches are located at the same level. Drainage installations are placed at sections of the metro line, where the structures of the rail tracks are located at the same level, while the structures of the rail tracks are separated from the drainage installations by a reinforced concrete slab. All objects of the metro line, including station complexes, sections of the metro line with rail tracks for the circulation of metro trains at the sections between stations and sections of the metro line with rail tracks equipped with switches that ensure train running, and drainage installations, are placed in a permanent cross-section, circular outline, for the installation of which a tunnel boring complex with a diameter determined by the conditions for placing two tiers of passenger platforms and rail track structures in station complexes.

EFFECT: reducing the volume of earth and concrete work, increasing the speed and reducing the cost of construction, as well as reducing possible deformations of the earth’s surface during the construction of metro lines and the implementation of intermediate commissioning of metro sections without stopping shield driving.
